![]() Of course PIO's glass panels have wrong Face Orientation as the are made fromĮxtrudes and Frames/Sashes tend have strange extra vertices or 1-2 point polygons.īut I did the "Optimize" and "Align" commands already a few times and Face Orientationĭeactivating Refraction IOR doesn't change anything so I assume it is about the reflexions. I don't quite understand that as I am used to correct the Glass Panes geometry mostly afterĪn Import. Just in my File with glass panes from Door or Window PIO's they render nearly black Thought I may be a problem only when objects aren't parallel and did another cube row I tried again transparency in a file from scratch where arranging rounded edges cubesīehind each other worked well without (unrealistic) darkening. Happens in Modo since the implementation of render passes as well as currently in C4D. Gets forgotten, it doesn't need much time until you have a total mess. The new problem is that working with a mouse with no acceleration is almost impossible.Yes, if new features are implemented and UI integration and its adaption or evolution So you download SteerMouse and in the preferences pane, you turn off acceleration. The issue comes from the mouse acceleration. I found a very temporary solution - or maybe a way to by-pass the problem. since, I switched back to El Capitan and returned the iMac pro as we can't downgrade the OS) If you can send a message to Maxon this would be nice to make them work faster on this problem, because for now they consider I am the only person to have this problem despite the message you sent them too (I have 4 macs at home, including the new iMac Pro, and the 4 of them have this issue. I'm glad to meet finally someone who has the same problem like me. ![]() I reported this to Maxon 1 year and a half ago, but they don't seem to care as they don't fix anything since. I also downloaded the demo for R19, and the same issue applies. I thought maybe it might be fixed with updates, but after a year, it’s still an issue. I’ve posted in the past, and also spoke with Maxon support about the issue, but they couldn’t replicate it on their end. Ive done fresh installs of Sierra and High Sierra on both machines, but that didn’t help. ![]() I’ve had to roll back to El Capitan to get it to work flawlessly. It’s definitely an issue with Sierra and High Sierra. I thought it was the computer, but I’m using two completely different computers and have the same problem. I thought maybe it was an issue with my track ball, but I have the same issue when using an apple track pad. However, it’s smooth when going the other direction. Basically, if I try to rotate around an object to the right slowly, it’s not smooth. I’ve installed R18 on my 2011 MacBook Pro and a 2015 iMac 5k, both running Sierra, as well as High Sierra lately, and have issues with navigation in the viewport.
